Shapes from maths!

Hello everyone today in math we had to learn about shapes in a 2d and 3d shapes these shapes could have been a simple square to a hard Dodecahedron. So we had to first learn the 2d shapes and draw them and then put them into a 3d shape and matter. After that we had to get sticks and play-doh and then we had to get them and turn them into the shapes. Here are some images of what we and my mates made!

Pink Shirt Day Poster.

 Hello everyone today's post is about pink shirt day and I had to make a poster. We did this in hurumanu one with my teacher Mrs Costello. The reason where doing this is because last week was pink shirt day. Pink shirt day is a day to try to stop bullying. Science Equipment

 Hello today i'm sharing my post about Science and the equipment we used today. Are Aim was the use different science equipment. We did these experiments with my friends Caleb and Brodie and our teacher was Mr Palmer. Our method was first to set up a Bunsen burner, second to heat a conical flask with 20ml of water inside it, third was to heat 20ml of water in a boiling tube and boil it for 2 minutes and get it to boiling temperature. How a blood moon is form + images of 26 may!

 Hello todays post is about the blood moon you could see in New Zealand, Australia and other places. Here are some facts about it. The moon is fully in Earth's shadow. At the same time, a little bit of light from Earth's sunrises and sunsets (on the disk of the planet) falls on the surface of the moon. Because the light waves are stretched out, they look red. When this red light strikes the moon's surface, it also appears red. But here are some photo and how its done:

Drama mask!

 Hello welcome to or back to my blog,

Today i'm sharing my masks that I made in drama. First we had to draw or grab one that has already been drawn. But I got one that was already made and cut it out. Then after I cut it out I put colors like purple, green and blue on it. Then I got pieces of string and a hat and made my project. So now here is my mask!

Safety in Science Lab

 Hello today were doing safety in the lab.

These are some safety rules, Always know where the fire extinguisher is, make sure the gas is off when you leave, there are more but heres one more: Dress for work in the laboratory. Wear clothing and shoes that cover exposed skin and protect you from potential splashes. Tie back long hair, jewelry, or anything that may catch in equipment. Never eat food, drink beverages, chew gum, apply cosmetics (including lip balm), or handle contact lenses in the laboratory.

Today i'm sharing my math in Hurumanu 1 Nga Tangata with you. The project where we made these cool name bug where we had to mirror are names. Then try to turn it into a bug or a Christmas tree. So that what we did. We did it with are teacher Mrs Costello and we finished it in about 10 minutes although we did it for 3 days.

Laboratory Equipment.

 Hi today i'm doing a post about Lab Equipment. These are the items:

This is a Test Tube you put things like acid and other things in it to test it out.

This is a beaker you put the Liquids in here before you put it in the Conical Flask.

This is a conical flask you put the liquids in here then mix them and its smaller in the top in case of a experiment gone wrong.

This is a Bunsen Burner you use it to burn somethings.
