  1. Kia ora Tom, well done on getting straight with your first blog post for the Summer Learning Journey! My name is Susie and I will be commenting on your blog alongside other Blog Commenters throughout this summer. I hope you are thrilled to go on this journey with us.
I come from Korea where we have a population of 51 million on a land that is not even half the size of New Zealand. Can you imagine how crowded it would be? Also, did you know that only 5% of NZ's population is human- the rest are animals? It is pretty mind-blowing, right?

I can see that you love playing soccer - are there any amazing nature spots down in Christchurch where you can play sports? Let me know! :)

  2. Also, when we are taking images from the internet, it is very important to acknowledge the source (where the picture comes from). Please follow the link below to see how you can do this!

  3. Hi Tom, I really like your post about your first post of the Summer Learning Journey. I had learnt some facts (Fact 1 and 2). I didn't know that New Zealand is one of the most least populated countries with only 4 million people. Well, did you know that the most least populated country is Vatican City which has only 1,000 people. The country is about 44ha, which equals to 0.44 square kilometre which equals to 193.6 metres. That's really small, right? I hope you like my comment and learnt something too. Have a good night! Bye!!
