Sherbet

 Hello today i'm sharing my post about how to make sherbet.

Baking Soda also known as Sodium Bicarbonate. It has cleaning property and it help you with baking.



Here are ten uses for baking soda.

1. It helps Wheat rise.

2. It helps to cool down a burn.

3. It is in Mouthwash and it's what they use to whiten your teeth.

4. You can use it with deodorant.

5. Helps sunburn.

6. It's in air freshers. 

7. Kitchen Cleaner.

8. Help with carpet stains.

9. Clean foods.

10. Polish things.

Here are the ingredients.

1. Sugar

2. Baking Soda

3. Raro crystals 

4. Citric Acid

5. Tartaric Acid

Steps

1. Add the baking soda, sugar and citric acid together in a bowl.

2. Add the Raro crystals and tartaric acid together.

3. Add all ingredients together an place in a plastic bag.

4. Mix it well together and eat it. Enjoy!

Recipe:

1 teaspoon of powdered drink crystals (eg Raro)

1/4 teaspoon of citric acid

1 teaspoon of Icing Sugar

1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda.

Findings:

1. Which two ingredients in the sherbet are involved in the chemical reaction?

2. Which ingredients are not involved?

3. Can you think of any other chemical reactions that might happen in the kitchen?

4. Which ingredient is an acid?

5. Which ingredient is a base?
