Fun day at EOTC Week

EOTC Week

On Monday the 11 of Dec 2017 we went to Mega Air and Jellie Park, First at Mega Air I did doge ball I was in there for at lest 15 to 20 mins then I went to the wall and I just all of them then I was that the biggest jump and I made it just I did it again and that time I did not make so I felt so tired. I then went to a fan and I sat down down for 5 mins then I did free running with friends. My favorite thing to do was the wall climbing that it for that. After that I was just playing so that it I get I think there are some photo's that been taken of me that Mega Air so here they are if I have them.

Then we went to jelly park first I went on the diving bored then I went to the outside pool it was so fun! But then after me and Jasper on the huger side 2 times I went back into the outside big pool I played shank tag with some friends but they did not find me. Me and my friends then went on the jumping bored again with some more friends after one more time on the huger side my teacher tolled us to get out and get dressed so we did that and then I went back home that was my day at EOTC Week Bye!

Hello my name is Tom today I will be telling you about Athletics day, so here are all of the Events that we did Shot put, Discus, long distance that is running, Sprints that is running again, High Jump, Long jump and we had a resting area were we can get a drink and go to the toilet so that's it for Events.

I felt really happy about what I did so I will put some photos in later when I have them. I went good I came 3rd place in high jump and I came 3rd place in long jump I just about came 3rd in Sprints I came 4th I came 5th in Discus. 

My favorite part of the day was high jump and Discus maybe all the ones that we did but high jump was my favorite of the day. My Goal next year is to jump up higher for high jump and to jump longer for long jump and to get faster for sprints.

Hi my name is Tom, I’m going to tell you about Polar Bears.

Polar Bears like the cold and they eat seals and fish, but I will talk about that soon, so do you like the cold? Because I don’t, only if it’s a very hot. I have been on epic and more reading webs and I have found some information but I will show you that next. So sit back and hear what I have for you.

The Polar Bears are mostly in Canada. As moves on the polar bears moved north but they had to face the extreme cold and try to hunt for seals because they were facing cold winds and snow that it was hard to see and that’s why. If you did not know, they have very thick 5cm fur so they are warm but they can still get cold. I think you know that polar bears hands are as big as a plate that you eat at the dinner table. So the information that I have been giving you has been from these two website Web 1 Web 2 so there you have 2 websites that I have been going off of.

Here’s one fact, did you know that mother polar bears give birth to baby polar bears when they’re 4? I know some of you don’t know this but now I do, the mother polar bear digs a den for little polar bears. Polar Bears go out from their den at spring and they ride on sea ice. The mother teaches them to hunt, the sun is getting warmer the polar bears have to go colder so they walk all the way to the other side.

Polar Bears live in Greenland and that’s where they travel when it get’s hot but when it get’s hot there they go back to the Arctic Ocean on a sea ice. The only time that I would go on a sea ice is when I need to go across the cold ocean and I don’t have a boat. Polar bears are the most biggest bear. So do you want more info? I have not seen it all because it’s 50mins. Did you know that Polar Bears are the most biggest of all Bears. Did you know that polar bears hunt seals bigger their size. This is an image of a polar bear going up on a Buggy so this is what happened this guy was researching polar bears so he moved to Canada and when he was there he went on a buggy he looked out his window and on a different buggy there was polar bears on it so he took a photo and here it is. I have find so much more information, so here it is I read to about 4 epic books but most of them are the same but I will be doing something of what they eat so here it is.

What they eat.

Polar bears like to eat fish and seals but their is some more things that they like to eat, so here it is. Walrus, bowhead whales carcasses, beluga whales, birds eggs on the ice and that all I can find so far but I will keep on looking on google, epic and more websites I can’t remember what this web site was called. This is not about what they eat but I find this on epic. Polar bears fat is called blubber if you didn’t no.

In Conclusion

Polar bears have been fun to Research. I hope you like the facts and information like how a polar bear’s paw is as big as a plate! Also how Polar Bear’s fat is called blubber. Can you remember me telling you that their fur is 5cm thick? My favourite thing was what they eat because I enjoyed reading books and going on google to find that they eat whales. Week 2 at Canterbury Swim School

The Last Week at Canterbury Swim School

Week 2 was a fun week Today is the last day but I will tell you what we have been doing for the week (We go to Canterbury Swim School on the last term.) On day one we did back stroke it was so fun because I am so fast at it.

Day 3 because of labor day (Labor wins Woo Hoo :)  But we did to some like back stoke and more. Lucy Day 4 day 4 was the best day of me we did live tip's one was putting your arm's like X and putting your hand up for help. Day 5 that's today there is some video's and photo's coming soon when my lovey teacher have it up.

Canterbury Swim School

Today my class went swimming at Canterbury Swim School to go to it we had to go on a bus and it was a Metro Bus, Me and my friend Corbyn sat together when we got there we had to take off are shoe's then get of are school t-shirt and longs then we sat down on a wood plank then when to are groups I was with and Andrew and the first day we did 40 laps (that's 1 km.) By the way at the end we got 1 mins of free time I was happy.

Day 2 this day when we did the same thing but this time 45 laps just saying after us was Room 1 and 2 we did over arm. Day 3 well day 3 is were I got the video from. Day 4 This was the fun day we had 15 mins of free time and we did back stokes they were so fun because I was so fast when I was behind someone I went infant by like 8 secs.

One Happy Sunny afternoon when it was dawn (In the afternoon) the wind was blowing in town it was 7:00 o'clock the sun was flying down so fast. I love 7:00PM I was doing my job and that was going up to the clouds and going back down to give like dogs, cats and more. I tort I was partly cloud. So when I was up in the clouds the clouds make things then I drop then off to a home or docent but my one was a unlike cloud my one was down below and I got angry a lot and sad so I did thunder and rain.

The other clouds were like cotton candy but they had good looking birds. Then I saw him coming so I made a alligator and gave it to him and he went to grab him he was bite on the head (The alligator put his mouth outside the bird.) My cloud got it out for me I was bleat then he made a bag and put the alligator in it then I put the in a pond and that was filled of snakes, alligators and more things that were I had to put all the things that my cloud made in the pond or a lake I don’t no what one it is but one of them I had a old job and that was just being in a Zoo (Animal Center.)

One dark bone chilling afternoon I was at Mcdonald's. I was in the playground there was no one in there so I got nervous. I just went on the slide and then I had a bad feeling about going down. Then I was going down. I was going at like 6 mph that’s terrifying.

Next I went into the ball pit. I was falling down. I was anxious I just about passed out but then I hit a corner. I was so low down but I was not at the bottom that was a good thing but there was one thing that was odd. I was going up and up but I did not go up to the top

“Ahhhh” I fell because they added a slide so I can go faster and that’s how I have never gone down there. Then I was halfway there and a plaster fell on me so I tried to get it off but I could not because I will fall. Then that happened so I got a lollipop and got up with that and I got up to the top. I put the lollipop in my mouth. The End.

Hornby Primary Extravaganza

W.A.L.T Make a DLO for are production

The Extravaganza is at Hornby High School Hall. I'm Playing the gator.

This Mouth it is NZ Music Mouth,

and i'm here to tell you about it. My class is doing it but not the rest they are doing things about earthquake and more. 

Let me tell you about my song that i'm doing it is Gutter Black by Hello Sailor all the class is doing Why Does Love Do This To Me by The Exponents and they are the best.

Here's what I felted at the start I felt like some thing hit me but then I got over it. This is what I wore I was wearing black and white t-shirt with black sorts. It starts at 6:30 to about 8:45 the last time we did a a Extravaganza was about 2 years ago. Here's a link to the the Gutter Black song Here it is. 

My next step is to just keep on doing the hard work on the Extravaganza. Like when Evlens bit goes the class goes on stage and my group goes to the start of the stage (My Group Gutter Black). 

Then Why Does Love Do This To Me go on then the class comes up with my group me and Anthony go with are garter's and become the garter boy's we go up then down (3 times).

One night when the City was black the animals were out.

My owner was jumping on her bed. It was snowing my owner's dad said it was -5 I was looking how my owner was jumping then I ran out to the living room and looked out the window it was her dad and he was making something and I did not know what it was. So I spend a  looking out the window.  It looked circular but what was it was it a toy I did not no let me have a better look.  

Then out of the nowhere 2 foxes were jumping on it then I knew what it was it was a Trampoline then I was Burned because I had one at my old house and then a Raccoon came running in. More and more animal came in and they all said “I wish the dog at the window was with as.” Buster tried to get out but he was not a human he was a dog Buster was sad But he was ready for tomorrow because it’s Christmas and that’s when my owner gets her gifted that when I play on it yay.

The next day it was Christmas it snowed a lot last night it’s -12. Then I saw the door open so I got ready to run like a race but one all by my self 3, 2, 1 GO run, run, run then I bet my owner outside I jumped on the Trampoline jump, jump, jump and jumped and I wish the animals ware with me i’m sad but happy that I get to jump on the Trampoline but it is sad that I can’t jump with my friends I will get them tomorrow because we will have this till it brakes.”

One night when the lights were out and the wolf were helling. I the Dream Giver yes the one that gives away dreams. I was looking at someone to give dream to and when I was go to a house I went to a farm.

They had pants and more on the washing line but let’s get back on to the story so when I was outside I was looking for a way in then I sore the best place to go but I had to no slam it onto the wood I just about did but because I can fly so I can save it from hitting the side but when I went inside there were 2 girls and 4 boys.

I had 4 or 5 eggs and I gave one that had a poster dream about a saxophone and he played it like a boss. Next he gave a dream to a girl that like dancing and she was just sleepwalking. Then the last one was being in space.

Next this happened and it was not a good thing the kid that had the assertion dream he hit an egg with his foot and it landed on a book and it broke and it first look like the solar system but it was not it was a black hole that got the assertion but in the black hole there was a world but it was not in a bedroom in was in China and I hit something and then a dragon appeared and then I ran, ran and ran out of there.

But then there was a dead end. Now this is where I come in “It’s go time.” then I loaded up on eggs and boom there I hit the tree and then it grow fast and I mean fast it was going everywhere but it did not hit the astronaut and for the last time it roared and then the kid wakes up and he got the book and when he started to read then I got out but that’s the end bye. The End.

Tommy The Turtle

One day this boy named Tom find a Turtle in Greenland he named it Tommy. Tommy was like his best friend Tom didn't like having Tommy so small. So he gave it Abilities and Skills one of them is being a Ninja, Turn bigger and smaller. Change Color and Sing. He was always ready for a battle.

Tommy said to Tom he wanted to be like me I said to him you can’t Tommy you are too small. That when I remembered that I gave him the Ability to turn bigger so I put my finger on his back and made him bigger he was happy then I said are you ready for your next battle but this battle will be hard ok. “Ok Tom”. “We mest up ya.”

“So this is bad but we have to get out of here no because this is hilocked but can’t you turn small no because we or lock up O that it yes.” Tom and Tommy were not seen again until today they get to play but there are 200 things and 4 playgrounds will not see each other and they don’t see each other 1 week goes past, 2 weeks, 3 week, 4 week “We'll see each other next week or tomorrow 1 day goes past look we are going out of our cells we can Touch lets go”

The boys go to Escape but then a Guard stops them and says “Where are you going “ “ We are just talking outside.” Then all the Prisoners ran outside “Charge” All the Prisoners ran outside and Escaped.

But Tommy stayed he said he will die so then Tom gave him a Skill that was CPR and then Tommy did the Skill the saved the man's live Tom and Tommy got the reward of having 1 million dollars. That was the story bye.

Cultural Show

This term we have been looking at different cultures. For the last 3 weeks we have been learning a traditional cultural dance. I learnt the Haka. I felt happy because there were groups of people there. When we finished it I was nervous.

Spencer Park Trip

Spencer Park Trip

On Friday Room 1/2, 3, 11/12  to Spencer Park on a bus for a fun day. On the bus I sat beside Jasper, Hunter and Quaid. My group was group 2c when we hopped off.

We got in our group.

First we went to the beach and the waves were big. My dad was in my group and I went in the water a little bit. There were different schools there, one I did not know.

Then when we came back we had morning tea and that was yummy because I had an iced bun and some cheese and crackers.

Next I went on the playground played with Hunter, Corbyn and David.

We played on the rope tower and we played tag on it. I was in, then me Hunter and Corbyn made a team so we were in. So I got Bailey then ran she did not get there in time so we went up the top then we went back down and when we played tag we were playing do not touch the ground so we had to do park-war but park-war is so easy so we only got tagged one time. I nearly touched the ground but I had my hands there so I did not fall.

Lastly, the group went to Lagoon walk. It was 1 km we saw this old town that all of the people left because an earthquake when we went we went on the bad path so we went back to the playground and played for ½ an hour. Hunter, Me, Corbyn and Iszac made a team then I saw my bro from a different school.

I love the trip I want to go a again with the school. It was fun at the the playground but the walking was the hard bit but some of it was fun the funny bit was when we went on the bad part.

In the past weeks our class (Ako Ngatahi) were writing a short story about a video titled “The Present”. It was a story about a boy who got a present and it was a puppy. After he discovered that the puppy only had three legs.

I was playing video games they are very fun to play and then my mum came in she had a box.   
I opened the box and there was a cute fluffy dog it looked happy the puppy love me and I love it.
Then I saw it’s leg it was off.
I did not like it “Yuck!”, and I threw it.
Then it saw a red squishy  ball.
Then it ran into the cupboard and grabbed the ball.
The puppy kicked the squishy ball to me.
Then the puppy kicked it in a box then it ran into the box but then it got out.
Then the dog happy try to find the ball.
The dog found it. I picked up the ball. I got my crutches went outside and threw the ball and went closer on the grass. THE END

My Cyber Smart DLO
